1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lokkhyo Campus (campus.lokkhyo.com), a product of Lokkhyo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Lokkhyo Campus is exclusively available to currently enrolled university students in Bangladesh. You must have a valid university email address from one of our 30+ supported institutions to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are a bona fide student at a recognized Bangladeshi university.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile updated. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

4. Marketplace Conduct

When using the Campus Marketplace, you agree to: (a) list only items you legally own; (b) provide accurate descriptions and pricing; (c) complete transactions in good faith; (d) not list prohibited items including weapons, drugs, stolen goods, or counterfeit products. Lokkhyo Campus acts as a platform facilitator and is not a party to any transactions between users.

5. Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of content you post on Lokkhyo Campus. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the platform. You agree not to post content that is: illegal, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third party's intellectual property rights.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or upon graduation/leaving your university. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lokkhyo Campus is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by users. We are not responsible for any transactions, disputes, or interactions between users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lokkhyo and its founder, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
